Assistant Site Manager

We are working with an award-winning privately-owned housebuilder who creates thoughtfully designed new homes in aspirational locations across the Midlands.

They are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a project in Leicester starting in August.

In the role you will support and deputise for the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials. You will work closely with the sales team delivering excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.

You will have previous experience as an ASM - ideally gained with a housing developer. You will also require good knowledge of all aspects of construction and relevant legislative requirements such as H&S, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
