Salary: £21,645.00 P/A + Bonus & Full Company Benefits
The role is full-time and permanent offering a 37.5-hour contract.

The duties of the Assistant Store Manager:
* Day-to-day store and people management including recruitment, training, and development
* Supporting the Store Manager and liaising with HR when required
* Driving and reporting on store sales, costs, and business figures
* Organizing in-store displays and perfect product merchandising
* Proactively developing knowledge regarding industry competitors and utilizing it in the company's best interest
Experience required:
* Strong retail experience is needed- any retail background is considered
* Previous retail team leader or management experience is hugely desirable!
* Must be customer-focused and have good people management skills
* Must be a huge team player!
* Ideally have some back-office knowledge of using a PC or systems
