In the capacity of an Assistant Store Manager, your primary focus will be to propel the commercial success of your designated department. Additionally, you will lead a team of 7 to 10 dedicated sales floor staff. This role places significant emphasis on hands-on leadership, as you will exemplify the standard for your team through your actions. Collaboration is essential, given your integration within a broader management team overseeing multiple stores, necessitating seamless teamwork and operational efficiency.
Ideally, you will possess a background in retail management, showcasing a sharp sense of commercial insight. The compensation package for this role encompasses a salary of up to £34,500 for the ideal candidate, complemented by an extensive benefits package that includes an annual bonus of £4,000.
