About the role

The purpose of this role is to support, co-ordinate and streamline key functions within the Complex Works team, whilst observing housing policy at all times. The key tasks will include consulting and instructing contractors and surveyors to ensure repair service delivery is met. Analysis and improvement on commercial spend as well as implementation of improved reporting tools will be essential to the role. A working knowledge of KPI contract management and housing repairs is required.
