Assistant Tax Manager

Quinton Davies are working with an international business to secure someone for their Corporate Tax team.

This opportunity would suit someone ACA qualified or studying CTA; you could even just have a passion to learn and progress in the Tax profession.

This team is highly supportive and you'll be working with true experts with compliance mostly outsourced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outsourced tax returns
• Prepare CFC and anti-hybrid analysis
• Assist with tax governance and risk management
• Conduct tax technical research
• Support US GAAP quarterly reporting
• Manage tax audits and transfer pricing documentation

In order to apply to the position of Tax Assistant Manager (Corporate) you'll need to meet the following criteria:

• Professional accounting qualification or nearly qualified in ACA or CTA
• A passion to learn and progress your Tax knowledge
• UK Corporate tax experience (industry or practice)
