SalaryWe are looking for an Assistant Team Manager to join our Recruitment & Stage 1 team, in our dynamic and innovative Regional Adoption Agency. You will bring fresh thinking and ideas to how we continue to build on our inclusive service to people interested in adoption, and efficiency in how we look after individuals and support them on their adoption journey.
You will be responsible for motivating our team, coordination with marketing of recruitment activities as well as assessing, training and supporting prospective adopters from their initial enquiry through the Recruitment & Stage 1 Team.
With exceptional people qualities, you will be a strong organiser and communicator, gathering ideas within the team to collectively offer an applicant focussed service, which is compassionate, understanding and professional.
