Assistant Team Manager (Here4U team)

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Assistant Team Manager due to expansion of the Children in Care and Leaving Care team (Here4U).

As a member of the Here4U team you will have limitless opportunities to make a huge difference to the lives of children and young people up to 25 years old in our care and leaving care.  The team support these children and young people to ensure they receive the best possible opportunities in life.

To enable you to work to your best we will develop you in your role and as part of the team; additional training and support will be provided, and you will have an opportunity to develop the range of interventions and skills you bring to make a difference to children and young people.

The Assistant Team Manager role - is for those qualified social work managers who want to develop their skills to work systemically, within a trauma informed and Signs of Safety framework. You will provide support to the Team Manager, whilst delivering quality supervision and support to the team for the children and young people in our care, and care leavers.

• Salary: £52,498 - £56,632 (includes £3k market supplement, applicable from April ’24).
