I am actively searching for a highly focused, talented and technically expert Associate Architect with a focus on Specialist and later living sectors to join their thriving team in Birmingham. You will be joining a Top 100 UK Architectural Practice that have a passion for creating sustainable designs across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will boast design flare, proficiency in a range of software including Revit, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and substantial post qualification experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:

• ARB registered with significant post qualification experience
• Proven track record of working on large scale projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong strategic decision-making abilities
• Be able to cultivate long lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Experience handling financial aspects of projects
• You will be heading up the growth of specialist and later living sector
• Boast of both technical excellence and design flare
• Be proactive in updating professional expertise and understanding best practice
