I am actively searching for a highly focused, talented and technically expert Associate Architect with a focus on Specialist and later living sectors to join their thriving team in Birmingham. You will be joining a Top 100 UK Architectural Practice that have a passion for creating sustainable designs across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate will boast design flare, proficiency in a range of software including Revit, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and substantial post qualification experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:
ARB registered with significant post qualification experienceProven track record of working on large scale projects and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong strategic decision-making abilitiesBe able to cultivate long lasting relationships with new and existing clientsExperience handling financial aspects of projectsYou will be heading up the growth of specialist and later living sectorBoast of both technical excellence and design flareBe proactive in updating professional expertise and understanding best practice
