The Associate Building Surveyor role
As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the leadership of the Building Surveying team, alongside a hands-on approach to project delivery and significant contributions to business development and client management.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Building Surveying team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Engage in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the consultancy's growth.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and securing repeat business.
- Provide expert advice across an array of sectors, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of building surveying practices.
The Associate Building Surveyor
- Holds a relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field, coupled with MRICS status.
- Demonstrates significant experience in building surveying, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects across various sectors.
- Exhibits strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Possesses exceptional client management abilities, ensuring the delivery of superior service and fostering long-term relationships.
