This isn't a normal role but the financial rewards to help build this office are beyond market leading.
Background will need to be a RICS qualified PM / Building surveyor from the Midlands.
Must have a good knowledge in the insurance, reinstatement projects and construction claims for policyholders, loss adjusters and other parties.
Comfortable with business developing & recruiting a team.
This is no start up business they have a great footprint, strong leaders and financial backing from a major force.
What they need is you to bring the success in other parts of the UK to Birmingham.
Job Offer
Salary - 70-90k
Bonus & Equity - This will take well into 6 figures
