I am working with a prestigious award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices all across the UK who are looking for an experienced Senior/Associate level Building Surveyor to join an already fantastic team, based in Birmingham City Centre.

A Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations and Professional services, is key. You will be working predominately within the industrial sector but will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects along the line.

The successful individual will come from an existing consultancy or from a commercial real estate background
