The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, technologically minded with a good understanding of how digitisation can revolutionise the way frontline NHS staff work. You will have a proven track record of leading significant change and improvements in clinical practice. Being flexible, proactive, responsive and sensitive to the needs of both staff and service users is essential alongside demonstrating kindness and civility in your approach to leading both the agenda and teams.
