Job Title: Analyst, CRM


Primary Purpose: To develop and perform data mining and customer analytics to support customer growth target reporting and strategies (Acquisition, Retention, Reactivation). This position will report to the CEX/CRM Director and will focus on consumer insights and the planning, campaign execution and results analysis of CRM programs. The CRM Analyst role is key in developing our understanding of online and offline customer behavior patterns and to measure the effectiveness of marketing & clienteling activities. This role will focus on the sharing of CRM data, consumer insights, trends and best practices with the wider business to drive innovative, effective, consumer-inspired strategies.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in:


Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop & produce CRM reports using a combination of SQL, MS Excel and Tableau, based on business requirements.
  • Provide regular insight & recommendations to the CRM team to optimize campaigns & activations.
  • Support the integration of consumer analytics into measuring and informing more effective and efficient marketing planning.
  • Handle analytics requests and present insights within the team
  • Ensure relevant consumer metrics and measurements are designed and utilised to influence insights into action.
  • Drive insights around performance trends and actionable customer insights based on clear understanding of business objectives.

Campaign Management

  • Build and manage suitable reporting capabilities to ensure that all campaigns can be measured and compared against one another.
  • Provide regular insight & recommendations to the CRM team to optimize campaigns & activations.

Data Management

  • Manage data deletion requests for Europe in timely manner in accordance with GDPR.
  • Monitor CRM databases to ensure data flows & data quality.
  • Support on developing new processes with global Data team to enable efficient data strategies.
