Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + AET Wellbeing Cash Plan + Pension Scheme LGPS + Additional AET Benefits

This is an exciting time to join our Strategy team and work closely with our Head of Transformation to support our transformation programme. The Strategy team plays a central role at AET, sitting at the heart of the trust, working closely with both the senior leadership team and with all 57 of our schools who collectively drive impact across our 33,000 children.

Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) is one of the largest networks of schools in England. Our schools cover primary, secondary and SEND across all nine regions in England. We believe passionately that every child has an entitlement to an excellent education - and that means excellence in every classroom, every day. Reflecting this, Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) has refreshed its strategy, with bold education targets that have never before been achieved in this country or internationally.

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Associate to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Head of Transformation, to ensure that our ambitious transformation programme is delivered effectively and at pace, with professional project delivery and change management support.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior leaders across our entire organisation, lead work independently, while supporting a truly mission-driven organisation. If you are passionate about making an impact for our students, facilitating organisational change, fostering employee engagement, and creating a culture of innovation, we invite you to apply.

The successful candidate will:

  • Run detailed assessments of the impacts of change to people, process and technology
  • Identify training and communication needs, change risks and dependencies
  • Develop change management plans
  • Track change readiness (stakeholder engagement levels, readiness actions)
  • Develop communication and stakeholder engagement materials
  • Define and establish feedback loops to support adaptive change management, and assess impact
  • Support Project Sponsors with input to strategy development, in terms of planning for change (e.g. change journey mapping, theories of change to explain how the changes will achieve the desired outcome, high level impacts)

If you are passionate about facilitating organisational change, fostering employee engagement, and creating a culture of innovation, we invite you to apply.

Closing date: Monday 5th February 2024

Interviews to take place week commencing 12th February 2024

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive an overwhelming response. All candidates are advised to refer to the job description and person specification before making an application.

We are a Disability Confident Employer and there is a guaranteed interview scheme for candidates with disabilities who meet the minimum selection criteria.
