Role: Associate Director (Project Management)

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare

Our client is looking to appoint an Associate Director (project management) to not only lead the delivery of some stellar projects but also to assist with nurturing and developing more junior project managers. The stellar projects include a huge life science project, a new library and working with a local council with their de-carbonisation programme.

Requirements

• Project management experience within a multi-disciplinary / construction consultancy
• Strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery
• Team management experience is beneficial
• Being chartered via MRICS, MCIOB is beneficial.
