Associate Director – Operations
Norwich/Hybrid
Circa £65,000 per annum

We have a brand new, exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to lead our team in providing an exceptional operational service through providing robust support to the Senior Director.
As Associate Director main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the business planning process through the development and production of the Annual Business plan and Business Action plans with the Senior Management Team.
- Providing oversight and guidance on key operational functions, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and objectives. Managing and maintaining systems for measuring and recording company performance and management data.
- Building deep, effective working relationships with a wide array of clients including intercompany relationships
- Leading or contributing to critical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Supporting the delivery of quality assured, client focused products and services to meet the agreed requirements of the customer.
- Leading teams through the engagement process of cross-departmental collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of operational strategies.
Your Skills and Experience:
We are looking for our successful candidate to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar senior role, alongside:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Business subject (or similar), or significant professional experience.
- Commercially aware with a sound knowledge of business objectives
- Previous experience of managing, mentoring and coaching a team
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational skills
