I am delighted to be partnering with a North West based Accountancy firm to appoint an Associate Director with a strong background in Practice. This strategic role within the company involves leading and developing a team, driving growth within the new Manchester office and ensuring service excellence to clients.

The organisation is a well established entity within the Professional Services sector. Description

• Provide strategic leadership to a team of professionals and continue to grow the Manchester offering.
• Drive growth and business development initiatives - Networking and client development is key.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Lead and manage client relationships and engagements.
• Promote a positive and productive work culture within the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Audit experience is not essential for this role.

Profile

A successful Associate Director should have:

• A strong background in an accountancy practice; working at Senior Manager level or above.
• Proven experience in a leadership role and ability to network / develop a client base.
• Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.
• A high level of proficiency in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• A commitment to service excellence and a client-focused approach.
