The role
FE Partners, on behalf of our client in the further education sector, is delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Associate Director of Inclusive Learning. This pivotal role focuses on leading the inclusive learning and progression studies; You will be working alongside a counterpart who is overseeing the Additional Learning Support (ALS) department – with more demands being placed upon these areas over the last few years, the college recognises the need for support in this area, particularly given they are expecting and Ofsted inspection imminently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning in Inclusive settings.Efficiently manage and coordinate a dedicated team, including 3 curriculum team leaders and 7 lecturers.Provide strategic direction and operational management in Inclusive learning practices.Lead the organisation through the Ofsted inspection and foster continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Significant experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Background in Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) or External Quality Assurance (EQA) is highly desirable.Proven ability in managing and developing staff within an educational environment.Experience with Ofsted

What’s on offer?
The position is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract. This may go permanent long term, depending on progress made during the initial 6 months. This be be reviewed towards the end of the contract.The annual salary range is £41,701 to £49,037, dependent on experience.
