Associate Director Job in Inverness, Scotland
Associate Director job working for a premium consultancy that covers the full real estate cycle. Our client are now looking for an Associate Director to join their Rural Land Management and consultancy team in Inverness. They are looking to speak with experienced rural surveyors, who have between 1- and 6-years’ experience. A salary of up to £40,000 + £3,500 Car Allowance.
Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate consultancies. For this role, they are looking to speak with candidates who have a rural surveying background.
Role & Responsibilities
- Acting as principal agent for a selection of key estate management clients
- Undertake estate and farming business reviews
- Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land
- Managing and leading a high performing team
- Maintain and advise as and when required a strong client base.
Required Skills & Experience
- MRICS
- Experience as a rural surveyor
- Previous experience of delivering work across a range of projects
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Full UK driving license.
