Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the company's ability to identify the toughest technical challenges across their key five sectors.
- Help engineers and scientists to configure innovative solutions that beat the competition.
- Manage sales into a variety of technology areas and develop relationships to help develop the company's reach into their 30 Key Accounts and recruit/develop new Key Accounts.
- Develop and direct the company's corporate knowledge, processes and teams to evaluate existing accounts, partnerships and sales efforts.
- Regularly travel across the UK and occasionally abroad.
- Proven experience as a senior manager and business developer.
- Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage direct and virtual teams to optimize their performance.
- Experience in identifying technical challenges and developing innovative solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with Key Accounts and recruit/develop new Key Accounts.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and occasionally abroad.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science or related field.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, science or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
