Job Overview:
We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts & Purchasing Admin Assistant, who will support the Financial Controller with transactional finance duties.
Responsibilities:
- Checking Purchase Invoices: Review and verify purchase invoices and statements received from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency with agreed-upon terms and pricing. Matching invoices to delivery notes.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of invoices, purchase orders, and financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Report generation
- Creating new supplier account: adding and updating details to the system
- Sales Ledger Credit Control
- General Administration and Filing
Skills:
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel
· Good communication skills both written and oral
· Ability to work positively as part of a team
· Analytical and numerical skills
· Understanding of general ledger
· Basic understanding of financial statements
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Working knowledge of the SAP system a benefit but not essential
