•   Working alongside the team leader to implement best practices and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the bid management function
•   Establish an environment that promotes respect for other colleagues and adheres to the policies and guidelines of the company
The Requirements
•   Previous experience of Bid Management within the insurance sector an advantage
•   In-depth understanding of insurance products, market trends, and competitor landscape within the brokerage sector
•   High level Competency on all key MS applications including Word, XL & PowerPoint – knowledge of specialist design software an advantage
•   Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving common objectives
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner
•   To be willing to work as part of a team but have the self-discipline to work on own initiative
•   Good organisational skills – ability to work to deadlines and to manage other people
•   A proactive and can-do approach
•   The ability to multi-task, handle pressure and switch from one project to another
•   The ability to appropriately challenge others and to think creatively
