Role: Associate Director, Residential Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:
Valuation advice: A variety of high-end residential and commercial developments and properties.
Team Management: Strategic vision and metorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the residential sector, ensuring informed decision-making.
Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and foster trust.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven Experience in a valuations field, ideally Residential Real Estate
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
- Strong report writing skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Team Player. Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
