CCO Group are partnered with a highly reputable, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London with 12 offices UK Wide who are looking to recruit an Associate Director within their highly sucessful valuation department. Our client continues to expand and grow and see this hire as critical to the business needs.
Due to increased work load, our client needs an associate level valuer that has the ability to hit the ground running with a large portfolio of business. Clients typically include private companies, banks, public bodies and the valuations you would cover are wide ranging from retail, residential, offices and industrial. Caseload is typically Central London but valued assets range across the urban areas of the home counties as far out as Hertfordshire, Essex and Kent.
For this role, you will be part of a leadership team in the valuation advisory department and whilst initially there would be no team management duties, you would be expected to nurture graduates and provide assistance where needed as the team grows.

What’s needed for the role?
* MRICS qualified (min 3 years PQE) and RICS registered valuer
* London valuation experience for loan security and/or litigation support, statutory valuations (CGT, inheritance tax), portfolio valuations etc.
* Experience of valuing mainstream commercial assets. Varying assets is desirable.
* Driven, with a desire to progress their career. Going above and beyond to aid the growth of the business and themselves.
* Presentable and professional
