£50,000 - £60,000 + Package
Our client, an established maintenance contractor based in the South East, are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their property services division in North London.
As a business, they currently deliver day to day fire safety, planned maintenance and construction projects across the UK. This position would be working on one of the largest planned maintenance frameworks in the South East. This role is to join the commercial department for the property services division. My client are ideally looking for someone with 5+ years experience as a Quantity surveyor, however they would consider an assistant Quantity Surveyor that is looking for a step up.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
* Cost planning
* Ensure projects are being delivered to budget
* Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
* Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
* On boarding new suppliers & sub-contractors
* Approve sub-contractor & supplier payments
* Attending progress meetings with clients
* Regular on site visits
* Cash flow management
