About the company:

I am working with an experienced property service company based in London that offers a wide range of services from maintenance and refurbishment to home improvement, decorating, and interior design. They have been established for over 25 years ago and started out as building contractor before moving into the property services arena.

The role:

My client is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor that can take over their tendering, take up the role of senior project manager and support in their overall growth of the business, this would require them to be responsible for the two existing project managers who currently run their projects.

Duties include:

• Project Management,
• Material procurement,
• Material handling andordering.
• Production of full tenders and project evaluations
• Staff training and supervision,
• Customer liaison and sales of new refurbishments/new builds
• Recruitment of sub-contractors
• CPD’s & Recruitment
• SitesupervisionandoversightofalltheH&Srequirementsincludingcompiling RAMS.
• Dealing with weekly reports, Budget costs & controls.
• Arranging and dealing with Building control visits and requirements

Requirements:

SMSTS Certificate

Black CSCS Card

Previous experience as a PQS
