Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Mangemen team to oversee and lead our construction high-end projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership abilities.

Quantity Surveyor
Fit out Site manager
Fit out Project manager
Design manager
H&S site manager
Logistic manager
Planner/assistant Project Manager
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project budgets and ensure all projects are completed within budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues that may arise
Skills:
- Proven experience in Construction over 10 years
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Nice-to-have: Experience in electrical construction projects
