Job Title: Legal Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and strategic individual to join us as a Legal Operations Manager.

Position Overview:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Legal Operations Manager to shape the future of our Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a business-oriented approach to legal services, driving efficiency, and productivity through the integration of legal technology platforms and streamlined processes.

Responsibilities:

Technology Integration:

Oversee the ongoing development and integration of various legal technology platforms, tools, and systems.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless implementation and utilization of legal tech solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the team's capabilities.

Legal Process Management:

Take ownership of legal processes, optimizing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with legal professionals to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Information Access:

Manage and enhance access to information across the Legal & Compliance team.
Implement systems to organize and retrieve data efficiently, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with legal professionals to develop information management protocols.
Reporting and Financial Administration:

Lead reporting initiatives to provide valuable insights into the team's performance.
Manage financial administration processes to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
Collaborate with finance and other relevant departments to support the business's information needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Legal Operations or a data related role within a dynamic corporate environment.
Strong understanding of legal technology and a track record of successful implementation.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and present findings to various stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Salary: £43,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
