I have an urgent requirement for a Project / Package Quantity Surveyor for one of my long-standing developer clients on a large multi-phased new build residential development in West London.
The role will involve working within the Commercial team with full Surveying duties from procurement, variations, valuations, cost reporting/CVRs, payments and final accounts etc.
You'll come from a developer or main contractor background, preferably with experience on new build residential projects.
The role is immediately available on a freelance basis with the potential for temp-to-perm - long-term freelance is also an option.
