We have a great opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on our CP7 framework project with Network Rail. The framework will total 5+5 years of multiple projects across the Southern Region. Projects will consist of structures, earthworks, drainage, buildings, fencing and access points.
You will be responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on the sites allocated to you and should be able to effectively manage an assistant surveyor to successfully deliver that project/projects.
About you
- You will hold an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
- Adequate experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and/or Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience in managing NEC forms of contract.
- Experience working for a Tier 1 main contractor.
