The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 5 Quantity Surveyors and shall work across commercial based projects for high-end, well-known commercial and corporate clients across the City.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the team in delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion, whilst also helping the Associate Director with the day-to-day management of clients, and the team.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or working towards
- Comfortable delivering projects independently.
- Seeking a step up to Senior Quantity Surveyor (or already a SQS)
- Pre and post contract experience
- Long term career aspirations
- UK Cost consultancy / Cost Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
