Mainstay are working with an FM service provider who is looking for a Facilities Scheduler to join their Helpdesk team in Nottingham. Our client have strong values and aim to strive for high standards and invest in their staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience ideally within an FM & Building Maintenance sector with a strong work ethic.
What is the role and responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for customers both via telephone and email and to handle these in a professional manner
- To manage and prioritise engineer workloads by working closely with direct and sub-contractor engineers
- Create quotes for customers
- To raise and chase sales invoices
- Support the contract team by managing some FM contracts when required
- To ensure that all quality procedures and operational processes are adhered to at all times
- Computer literate (Excel and Word) – Essential
- Experience/knowledge within the Facilities Management sector – Highly desirable
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and progress further within the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure whilst retaining high standards
- Flexible with working hours if/when required
