SalaryA leading property consultancy are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, near Oxford Street.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a large property consultancy who have offices nationwide but are currently growing their cost management team in London.
In their London office they cover a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Transport and Regeneration. But the Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in to deliver primarily a range of industrial, residential, and commercial.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, they will be running projects from concept to completion and supporting, mentoring and help to develop the junior staff on site.
This is a perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen for promised progression within a growing team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Experience within a private practice / consultancy
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
- Capable of supporting with the management of a team and mentoring junior colleagues
- Proficient in the use of IT including Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
In return
- £75,000 - £85,000
