We are currently seeking a Associate Director/Director, Single Stock Flow Trader to join the desk in London.

Responsibilities:
- Provide liquidity to clients and managing positions in order to maximise total revenue.
- Manage risk exposures and maintain risk positions within limits.
- Analyse market trends and develop a thorough understanding of market dynamics and drivers.
- Collaborate with research analysts to identify trading opportunities and market insights.
- Closely work with sales teams, generating new trading ideas and providing trading axes.
- Actively collaborate with other Equity teams to provide them with solutions to recycle their risks.
- Ensure trading activity is conducted with all appropriate risk parameters and participate in enhancing the current way we manage the positions.
- Ensure compliance monitoring is in place, including processes for management of operational risk, in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards.
