• Act as the go-to expert for brand and marketing queries, providing mentorship to colleagues.
• Plan and monitor finances, ensuring profitability across assigned accounts.
• Craft and deliver compelling new business proposals.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.
• Provide effective leadership for all accounts under your supervision.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Inspire and engage both your team and the wider consultancy group.

About You:

• Experience in health/pharmaceutical marketing or advertising in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in omnichannel marketing and integrated brand campaign delivery.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Insightful understanding of end-user needs.
• Experience in brand strategy development and implementation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Veeva and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Competence in patient and healthcare professional journey planning.
