Salary- Lead the Electrical Engineering design across multiple projects at all stages.
- Develop and implement technical knowledge within the company.
- Manage the successful delivery of electrical design packages.
- Engage with clients, contributing to presentations and external meetings.
- Coordinate with external design teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Provide internal leadership and mentorship to the electrical team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering design, including load calculations, energy profiles, and equipment sizing.
- Experience of managing project finances and resources.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Chartered Engineer status is ideal.
