Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship
Applications for our Level 4Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship are now open for a September 2024 start.
This apprenticeship is aimed at those that have completed A Levels or equivalent studies and are looking to embark on an exciting career and earn as they learn. The apprenticeship will provide an insight into Transformation within a global law firm.

The apprenticeship will be based in our London office, working within the Transformation team under the Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the enterprise-wide governance and delivery of programmes and projects, working closely with other business services functions. The PMO portfolio of work is broad and includes business process improvements, business transformation and technology implementations often working with a third party supplier or solution provider.
As an apprentice, you will support the day-to-day administration of the team and support the delivery of business change projects with matrix-management responsibility of project resources and third-party suppliers as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to work with Project Managers and help define project scope, objectives and business benefits.
And support of introducing and managing business change by defining the business needs and identifying solutions, impacts, problems and risks to support the delivery of change in the firm; working on programmes and projects with stakeholders across a range of business service functions.
In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will have a tutor and skills coach at BPP to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies. We offer a competitive salary (paying at a minimum the UK Living wage both in and outside London).
BPP will be our learning provider for the Level 4Associate Project Manager apprenticeship which will take place remotely. The apprenticeship will involve working at Kennedys four days a week and having one day a week to study.
To be considered for an apprenticeship, you will need:
- 3 x A-Levels or equivalent at Grade B or above
