Role overview
Our Project Management team is growing! We are an ambitious team who encourage growth, learning and collaborative working both internally and with our clients.
What will I be doing?
- Be regarded as a trusted point of contact for clients and developmental accounts regarding the practical implementation and execution of projects
- Managing the proposal process – taking ownership on project process/ structure design for large scale/ complex pitches/ proposals
- Working effectively at identifying and pre-empting challenges and problems that might affect the successful execution of a project
- Supporting more junior members of the PM team on development of project plans/schedules (inc. resource allocation) on larger programs
- Advising on and review research inputs (questionnaires, guides, pre-tasks, screeners) from an operational perspective – promote this thinking across the team
- Being actively involved in “crisis” management, either internal or with clients – recommending alternative solutions based on experience
- Actively creating recommendations for more efficient ways of working and implement them – promoting a problem-solving mentality throughout the PM team
- Identifying the need for further training and help develop training initiatives to address these
- Promoting specialisation and guide team members as they deepen their knowledge and understanding of different industry sector, client accounts and opportunities
- Partnering with research leads and colleagues in designing solutions, assessing and guiding teams, and translating business priorities into actionable plans
Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
What do I need to bring with me?
- Proven research Project Management experience
- We are looking for someone with experience in market research who isn’t afraid to challenge and question current processes to become an invaluable part of our team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail, including data checks and proofreading
- Strong organisational skills – demonstrate flexibility, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks in order to achieve team and business requirements
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be dedicated, taking ownership of tasks and delivering as promised to the best of his or her ability, including being error free
- Ability to disseminate complex information
- Confidence with managing budgets and finances
- Be a positive thinker with a can do, solution-focused attitude
- Good team player
- Proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications
