Talent Chief is proud to be working with a Recruitment Specialist in Accountancy & Finance with over 30 years of experience within their small team. A company that works hard to ensure that their clients' needs are met and invest time to make sure they source only the best candidates. They work with a vast range of clients, ranging from privately owned to listed businesses. They have the aim of saving time and stress for their clients by building long-term relationships when hiring the right professionals.
What do they want?
The want to double their team by the end of 2024. They are looking to speak with those keen to break into the industry, and who relish sales in general. As long as you have an interest in Accountancy & Finance and have at least some understanding of how it works, you could be the right person for them. They will also speak with those who may have stepped away from recruitment and are eager to get back into it.
What is the job?
You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, working alongside both small and large finance companies on a national basis. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded individuals. You'll be writing job adverts from customer briefs you've taken, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback, writing offers, and handling the onboarding process with customers. You will be expected to source your own clients and nurture them once won into long-term relationships to maximise your income.
Your skills:
- Previous experience in sales - outbound preferable
- An interest in Accountancy and Finance
- Business Development ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Great organisational skills
- A team player
- Computer-literate
- The ability to be office-based
