Associate/Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor

£50,000 Salary Negotiable based in Experience.

They are now in a position to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor.  They would also consider a Partner for the right person.

 Responsibilities include:

• Provide high-quality legal guidance to clients on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects.
• Manage complex transactions from inception to completion, leading team deals effectively.
• Advise clients on property finance matters, including financing, refinancing and restructuring transactions.
• Review and negotiate commercial leases, licenses and other property-related agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing responsive and proactive communication.
• Generate referrals from existing clients and contribute to the Firm’s business development.
• Supervise junior members the Commercial Property team, providing guidance and support.
