Think Legal are working with one the leading commercial law firms in Leeds who are looking to expand their market leading employment team with an experienced Senior Associate hire.
The firm has one of the largest employment teams in the UK and is engaged in some of the highest quality work both nationally and on a global scale.
The team deals with a broad sector base with particular strengths in tech, transport, education, retail, utilities, financial services, and industrials.
The client list is incredibly impressive with a host of household names, large national and global businesses advising on the full gamut of employment law issues from a contentious and non-contentious perspective.
The right candidate will have at least 5 years' experience and will be technically excellent. You will have ideally worked at a large national practice although those at strong regionals and boutique firms will also be considered for the post.
There is a hybrid working policy at the firm with a 3/2 office/home split subject to business needs.
The firm are one of the market leaders in terms of remuneration - salary will circa £72k+ depending on level of experience and what other value you can bring to the role.
