The Role:
You can expect to provide advice on all areas of Employment Law, on contentious and non-contentious matters. This may include employee relations, TUPE transfers, dismissals, disciplinary and grievance processes , employment tribunal litigation, equality and diversity, senior executive exits and business restructures and reorganisations. 
You can expect to cover complex investigations and risk management as well as strategic support on litigation.
The client base is varied from owner-managed businesses to medium to large corporates operating across a wide range of sectors.
