We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Employment Solicitor to join our client's established law firm based in Leeds City Centre.

Responsibilities:
- Advising and advocating on employment and industrial relations issues across various sectors including rail/transport, manufacturing, education, health, public sector, sport, and the music industry,
- Representing Unions, Associations, professional bodies, and private clients in tribunals and court.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have 3-8 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) within the Employment sector.
- A strong academic background and technical proficiency gained from a leading firm are essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and self-motivation
Salary:
£40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
