Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 DOE

The Role
This role is open to professionals with experience of employment claimant work and a good understanding of the employment tribunal process looking to advance their careers. As the successful candidate you'll be embraced by a collaborative team with a wealth of experience and knowledge, providing valuable support. You will be:

• Managing a portfolio of client matters under supervision
• Handling cases across all stages, from initial client instructions to archiving and courtroom advocacy
• Drafting statements, applications and various court pleadings
• Addressing enquiries from clients
• Assisting other employment department fee earners
• Maintaining exceptional levels of professionalism and client care
• Billing files and obtaining monies due to the firm from the client and other parties

• Effective handling of technical aspects and articulation of solutions to complex legal issues in a clear, client-friendly manner
• Proficiency in presenting and arguing cases orally and in writing
• Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and legal document creation
• Adept at organisation and prioritisation within supervised parameters to meet client expectations and deadlines
