We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor to join our London based Office Agency team. The post
holder will be responsible for a variety of Office Agency instructions, engaging with our wider teams operating within the London
office market, including the Tenant Advisory, Investment, Research and Life Sciences Teams. The Office Agency team prides itself
on acting on exciting and high-profile instructions, operating across central London including the West End, Midtown, South Bank
and City of London sub-markets and provides an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop a career within an
expanding organisation. The role may suit both those with central London experience and candidates who may currently be operating
within a regional office market, seeking to develop their career in London.

Main tasks:
* Managing Office Agency / leasing instructions
* Assisting the Team Head with pitching and developing new business
* Providing strategic marketing advice, including the preparation of marketing budgets and collateral
* Working with the Carter Jonas Marketing Team to promote available office leasing instructions and the services of the Office
Agency Team
* Overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns including the production of interactive online and hard copy marketing
material
* Working with the Carter Jonas PR Team to promote key leasing instructions and reporting completed transactions
* Contribution to the growth of the business by identifying cross-selling fee earning opportunities for the wider business.
* Actively seeking and delivering cross-selling opportunities across other offices and Divisions
* Secure new instructions from existing and new clients
* Contributing to the development of the junior members of the team

running of the department.
What will it take to be successful?
We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor with significant post qualification experience with a good understanding of investment and
development appraisals, strong entrepreneurial skills and a can-do attitude. The post holder will have a good knowledge of
landlord and tenant law and protocols and excellent report writing skills. Additionally, you’ll have strong client management and
communication skills and will have the ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner.
