SalaryWe are looking for a Senior Commercial Marketing Officer to join our multi award winning Communications Service in London’s most exciting borough.
You will be the lead officer for generating advertising and sponsorship revenue for the communications team utilising public realm assets and publications.
To do that you will need to understand our audiences, develop our digital offering, and plan and evaluate content.
As a manager, you will also support, develop, and inspire those around you, so you should already have experience of working in a busy team.
You will be joining one of the best public sector teams in the country. Over the past few years, we have won national awards for campaigns, social media, ethics, and crisis management.
But we want to achieve much more.
The role is for a Commercial Marketing specialist with experience of:
- Managing and maintaining positive relationships with external advertising suppliers and internal departments such as procurement, legal, finance and planning
- Contractor selection and contract negotiation and management
- Bringing in revenue through new business strategies and ideas
- Delivering marketing campaigns for commercially focused services
- Strong attention to detail
