We are looking for an Atlassian Systems Administrator to join our team, focusing on managing and enhancing our suite of Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Confluence. This role is essential for facilitating effective project management, IT service management and team collaboration across our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and optimise the Atlassian product suite to support project management, IT service management, operational workflows, and collaboration across the business.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the company to customise Atlassian solutions, ensuring they effectively meet diverse business requirements.
- Maintain configurations, workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reports within Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, and Confluence.
- Facilitate the implementation of Atlassian add-ons, plugins, and extensions to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Handle user permissions and access controls, ensuring secure and appropriate access across all Atlassian platforms.
- Perform basic system maintenance, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical support when necessary.
- Create documentation and guides to support Atlassian users across the business.
- Offer basic training and support to users, promoting best practices in utilising Atlassian tools
About You
- Basic understanding of Atlassian products and a willingness to learn and become proficient in their administration and configuration.
- Interest in Agile and Scrum methodologies and applying them within Atlassian products.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Atlassian certification is beneficial, but not necessary. We are committed to supporting your professional development, including training and certification.
