Form of work IN2 are proud to be partnering with a client who are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join their sales team and nurture their Key Lighting and Rigging Brands. This role requires a professional with substantial experience in the AV industry, particularly from a distribution background. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and building a robust sales team.
Our clients are looking for someone based in Europe who is able to relocate to Dubai as this is where the role will be based from!
Key Responsibilities:
The Brand Manager will lead all product sales activities within the Middle East, organising and conducting client demonstrations at their facilities. This role includes negotiating orders to secure the most favorable terms and providing after-sales support to address customer technical queries.
Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to develop strong reference portfolios and promote the Lighting/Rigging brands effectively. The manager will create product demand by conducting end-user demonstrations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely order processing and delivery.
Strategic planning is a crucial aspect of this role. The Brand Manager will prepare detailed monthly business plans, outlining sales objectives and forecasts, while also analysing market trends and competitive activities. Building and leading a sales team for the lighting division is another key responsibility, fostering strong relationships with technical support and application teams to ensure seamless operations.
Engagement with customers through visits, trade seminars, product demonstrations, and training sessions will be part of the daily activities, maintaining up-to-date customer information in the CRM/ERP system.
Qualifications:
A strong background in the Audio Visual/Lighting or Live Events industry, preferably in distribution, is essential. Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans and lead a team are crucial for this role.
