Join this thriving team across Berkshire and London, with 40 Audit professionals and 10 partners across the firm. They are seeking an Audit Director. On offer is accelerated growth through to partner and global exposure working primarily within Audit but also Accounts Prep and also Tax work.
The role will be split roughly Audit 55%, Accounts 30%, Tax 15%.
International Opportunities: Seize the chance to travel twice annually winning work from international clients, including destinations like the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Nordics.
Varied Audits: Immerse yourself in varied audits lasting from 3 days to 3 weeks, collaborating with clients across diverse sectors, primarily UK and International SMEs.
Swift Career Advancement: Achieve genuine progression from Director to Partner within 12-18 months as well as plans in place to become an equity Partner long-term.
They are seeking a charismatic, ambitious leader for diverse audits as well as accounts prep and tax work.
This person will likely only be out on Audits for the larger clients but will spend most of their time overseeing the team plus will also be able to win work.
